Among the substantial delegation following the Russian President Vladimir Putin on his working visit to Belgrade will be Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and head of Roscosmos Dmitry Rogozin.

Ministers of Trade and Labour Denis Manturov and Maksim Topilin, Russian Minister of Digital Development, Connection and Mass Communication Konstantin Noskov and General Manager of Rosatom Alexey Likhachev will also arrive with Putin.

The delegation will also encompass the head of the Skolkovo Fund, former Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich, General Manager of Russian Railways Oleg Belozjorov, but also the Rectors of three universities with whom agreements are to be signed, the Moscow State Institute for Foreign Relations (MGIMO), the Russian State University for Oil and Gas and the St Petersburg Mining University.
