After the recent expansion of business activities throughout New Belgrade, this fall will be marked by the construction of Business Garden development – a modern A-class office building in downtown Belgrade.
The project’s investors are Israeli companies “AFI Europe” and “Shikun & Binui Group”, which have been present on the Serbian market for several years now and have numerous successful residential and business developments behind them.
During an informal gathering at a downtown restaurant, the representatives of the media were acquainted with Business Garden concept and all the benefits that this office building will offer to its tenants starting from spring 2019. The project will be constructed up to the highest global standards in order to provide the tenants and employees with a pleasant and comfortable working environment, as well as with the flexibility and functionality of the office space, sophisticated technology, and all other advantages of doing business at a prime downtown location, such as the proximity to important institutions and transit routes.
On this occasion, the partner investor Mr. Gili Dekel stated the following: “Since more than 70 per cent of modern A-class office buildings is in New Belgrade, we surveyed the market and decided to offer top-notch working conditions at a downtown location that is well connected to all important institutions and transit routes. In the last fifteen years, Israeli investments in Serbia have amounted to more than one billion euros, which is indicative of the investors’ trust in the local market. Companies “AFI Europe” and “Shikun & Binui Group” have numerous successful projects behind them, such as the first and the only business park in the capital Airport City Belgrade and the condominiums The Duke’s Gates and Central Garden, within which Business Garden will also be located.
