MARIJA RADULOVIĆ PRESIDENT, CROATIAN BUSINESS CLUB (HPK)

Almost thirty members of the Croatian Business Club (CBC/HPK) attended the annual session of the HPK Assembly, held on January 25th at the Belgrade’s Falkensteiner hotel.

HPK President Marija Radulović presented a detailed report on the work of the Club during the past year and spoke about plans for 2018.

Last year was marked by the participation of HPK at the meeting of the Council of Mixed Chambers of the PKS, as well as at the meeting hosted by the Hellenic Business Association, the German-Serbian Chamber, the Slovenian Business Club, the French-Serbian Chamber of Commerce, Italian and Nordic Business Alliance. During the year, members had the honour of meeting the new Ambassador of the Republic of Croatia to Serbia, H.E. Gordan Bakota.

During 2017 members of HPK took part in several “Speed ​​Business Meeting” events.

2018 started with five new members who will be introduced in the following meetings. During the year, HPK aims to continue on promoting the Club’s benefits and increasing the number of members, through direct communication with enterprises, as well as through cooperation with regional and local chambers of commerce.

The expansion of cooperation with mixed chambers and clubs will continue. Additional activities will be directed towards cooperation with the Croatian Chamber of Commerce in Belgrade (HGK) and the Croatian Embassy, ​​through mutual support and joint improvement of the conditions of business of Croatian companies in Serbia, as well as mutual cooperation between Serbian and Croatian companies. 

During the Assembly session, members were addressed by HPK Vice President Stanko Krstin and Stjepan Glas, Minister Plenipotentiary at the Croatian Embassy.  Both made positive remarks about the work of HPK, noting that the number of members has doubled during the past two years.
