For the second year running, the nation’s commitment to innovation policies and fostering inclusive, diverse environments has propelled it to the top, with an impressive score of 93%.

ESNA’s 2024 report highlights France’s strengths in financing access, talent retention, and a robust legal framework that supports entrepreneurs.

Key to this success are initiatives like the French Tech Mission, which has been vital since its inception in 2013.
