The good conditions and incentives that Serbia offers to Italian companies and a stable business environment are a guarantee for continued cooperation, the President of Veneto said, emphasising that he views Serbia as a neighbour and a very important partner.

Zaia offered help and to share an experience which Veneto has in the field of digitisation of the health sector given that this region managed to fully digitise the healthcare system, which has enabled a complete cost control, easier work for healthcare professionals and greater citizen confidence in the healthcare system.

Prime Minister Brnabic explained that Serbia is rapidly working on its digitalisation agenda, and that the government’s focus in the coming period will be on the complete digitisation of the healthcare system, and that in this sense the Venetian experience would be of great importance for Serbia in many respects.

The President of Veneto expressed gratitude for the assistance Serbia provided to Venice to repair the damage caused by the floods that hit this Italian city in November last year.
