According to the Serbian government, Mihajlović and Mikhailova “agreed that in order to implement the recommendations of the business community, it is important that there is a permanent and effective dialogue between representatives of the government and foreign investors, in order to jointly come up with solutions that will contribute to the improvement of business conditions in Serbia.”

The working group of the government of Serbia and the Foreign Investors Council for implementation of the recommendations from the White Paper was formed in January 2017 with the aim of more effectively implementing the recommendations of this organization for improving the business environment in Serbia.

Recommendations are considered through the work of six subgroups specialized in tax, labour, inspection and food safety, real estate and construction, e-commerce, e-commerce and e-government, bankruptcy and foreign exchange operations, according to a statement by the Cabinet of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure.
