NELT, leader in the area of distribution, logistics and trade marketing in the region of Western Balkan, established cooperation with one of the global leaders specialized in food logistics, the German company DACHSER. Due to this cooperation, a weekly delivery of food products was enabled from all of Europe to Serbia, Macedonia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina through the Nelt logistic and distribution channels.

With this cooperation, NELT has become one of the 13 partners of the European Food Network, headed by the company DACHSER, which covers 34 European countries and has around 1,74 million square meters of food storage area and around 10.500 reefer trucks at its disposal.

“Inclusion of Nelt into European and global logistics and distribution flows is another confirmation about our services being fully compliant with high and demanding international standards of our principals. This partnership represents a step further in development of NELT business operations and for the million consumers in the Balkan region it means faster and direct delivery of food products from all European markets“ says Ivan Milićević, Nelt LSP Operations and Development Manager.

Nelt, established in 1992 in Belgrade, is a leading distributing company in the region which, within its logistic capacities, provides international transport, storage, customs intermediary, delivery and additional repacking services as well as intermodal terminal services.

Nelt is part of the Nelt Group, an organization system connecting 3800 employees from 11 companies, in 7 countries, i.e. Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Macedonia in the territory of Europe and Angola, Zambia and Mozambique in Africa.
