The City of Belgrade and company Siemens have signed a contract on providing the service of using Siemens’ “City Performance Tool” (CyPT), which represents a continuation of cooperation following the signing of a contract on operational and technical cooperation in February 2016.

Through the presentation of analysis and experiences gained in similar city development projects conducted in other capitals and major cities of Europe, Siemens will ease the achieving of the sustainable development goals of the City of Belgrade in the fields of technical infrastructure, sustainable energy and transport.

“It is my great pleasure that we are able, through the City Performance Tool, to help the City of Belgrade improve its infrastructure solutions strategy, which will ultimately contribute to improving the quality of life of all of its citizens,” said Marija Novaković, director of the strategy and development department at Siemens in Serbia, who thanked the City of Belgrade for showing trust and for the continuation of the excellent cooperation that will be further intensified at all levels with the implementation of CyPT.
