The Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia, Ana Brnabić, attended the state funeral ceremony of former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe in Tokyo.

She expressed her condolences to Shinzo Abe’s widow Akie Abe and Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida.

Shinzo Abe’s state funeral was held at the Nippon Budakan Arena in Tokyo, attended by more than 4,000 guests, including members of the Japanese Imperial Family and more than 700 officials from around the world.

The Prime Minister previously met with the Prime Minister of Singapore Lee Hsien Loong, with whom she discussed the digitalization of public administration, modern education, as well as the current political situation in the world.

Brnabić will have a bilateral meeting with the Prime Minister of Japan, Fumio Kishida, as well as with the Japanese Minister for Digitization, Taro Kon.
