Additional benefits for passengers of the Serbian national airline

With the goal of creating additional benefits and services for its passengers, Air Serbia has partnered with two brands from the world’s leading provider of online travel, Booking Holdings. Through this new alliance and integrated service offering on the Air Serbia website, travellers will be able to arrange their accommodation from Booking.com, giving them access to over 28 million global accommodation listings and car rental from Rentalcars.com, with pick-up options from over 60,000 locations world-wide.

Thanks to the establishment of this partnership, from January 2021, travellers will be able to organise their entire trip on the airserbia.com website – from booking a flight, arranging accommodation, and renting a vehicle.

“We are pleased to have established partnerships with two of the world’s leading travel brands, Booking.com and Rentalcars.com, joining some of the biggest European and global airlines who already partner with them. I am convinced that this cooperation will further strengthen our position and, what is especially important to us, is to enable greater flexibility and efficiency for our passengers when planning their trips,” said Jiri Marek, General Manager Commercial and Strategy at Air Serbia.

The additional passenger services are available via the banners on the homepage of Air Serbia’s website, and in the ‘Other Additional Services’ section within the ‘Ancillary Services’ page. Travellers purchasing an airline ticket on airserbia.com will also have enabled access to these service options on the confirmation page or via the ‘My Reservation’ section.

“We know that the travel sector is facing some immense challenges at the moment, but when people are able to travel again en masse, we want to make sure it’s as easy and seamless as it possibly can be. We’re looking forward to this collaboration with Air Serbia, as it will provide the unrivalled choice and value we’re known for at Booking.com and Rentalcars.com to a new audience of travellers, and in turn empower them to book more elements of their trip all in one place, whether that’s a great city apartment for a future weekend getaway or a larger vehicle for a summer road trip with the family.” stated Xaveer Fluitman, Director of Partnerships at Booking.com.

To celebrate the new partnership, Air Serbia passengers will receive a 20% discount on Booking.com accommodation reservations made on airserbia.com for stays between now and the 31 March 2021.
