Celebrating 15 years of operations in Serbia, UniCredit Bank is offering special terms and conditions for all clients wanting to take a mortgage loan from the bank.
Special terms and conditions will be valid until the end of October 2016, by which time clients can apply for mortgage loans indexed in euros, on condition that the loans are used by the end of January 2017.
During the noted period, the interest rate will be significantly reduced for a period of 15 months. During this promotional period, the nominal interest rate will be fixed and will stand at 2.3% per annum. Following the 15-month-period, the nominal interest rate will be a sum of the six-month-EURIBOR plus 3% margin, which currently stands at 2.82%, while the effective interest rate will be 3.06% per annum.
The lowest mortgage loan granted by UniCredit Bank is €10,000, in Serbian dinar equivalent, while the highest loan cannot exceed 80% of the sales price of the real estate, i.e. of the estimated value of the property that is the subject of the mortgage. Repayment periods range from five to 30 years.
