The introduction of electronic services in the otherwise streamlined municipality of Plandište is not at the level needed and desired by its inhabitants and the economy, which is certainly one of the reasons why there is plenty of room for more efficient and transparent operations of the municipal administration, but also for improving the environment that would accept new investors.
Do you consider that digitisation and the introduction of e-government can improve the work of your municipality and reposition it as a modern, efficient and transparent local government?
– Digitisation and introduction of e-Government can really help the Municipality of Plandište to improve its work and position it as a modem, efficient and transparent local government, and with that the work of the Municipality of Plandište would be raised to a higher level.
The Municipality of Plandište has the option of ordering documents online via the internet, i.e. the “Virtual Registrar”, which can be found on the site of the Municipality of Plandište. Which new electronic services do you plan to offer citizens and businesses, and which do you plan to upgrade?
– The introduction of electronic services to the work of the Municipal Administration of Plandište began when the “Virtual Registrar” service became available to citizens, or rather the possibility to order via the internet, and then receive art their home address, some documents from registers. In the meantime, citizens are able to electronically check the status of their requests submitted to the Municipal Administration through the software “My Case” or “SMS Service”. What is most current is the introduction of the GIS (Geographic Information System), i.e. showing the possibilities with various maps and layers on the website of the Municipality of Plandište, which offer information about streets and cadastral numbers of construction plots, citizens, the economy, institutions of culture etc.
In order for us to provide citizens with e-services and to replace, to the greatest possible extent, administrative tasks at counters, we have accelerated processes and improved the efficiency of the Municipal Administration. We will continue to work in this direction in order to improve the functionality of already existing services, as soon as possible, as well as to introduce new ones.
We believe that residents would respond positively to innovation and feel satisfied, especially inhabitants of the outlying villages of the municipality of Plandište, because lots of information, data and essential documentation would be accessible to them, so they would not need to come personally and wait in front of the counter

The municipal administration would also be satisfied with the advancement of e-Government, because their work itself would be easier, as well as the obtaining of other necessary documentation.
