Gladmat is Scandinavia’s biggest food festival (19th – 22nd July) and has been a joining point and a resources centre in Norwegian food-rich region of Stavanger.

It first appeared in the Matfylket Rogaland network, which saw the need to share some of what the region has to offer when it comes to food and culture.

The professionals in food will fuse together with the amateurs, in both natural and exciting connections.

This festival is one of the highlights in the summer season in Vågen, Stavanger, and attracts over 200,000 guests during the four days the festival takes place.
