The world premiere of Japanese director Akiyoshi Imazeki’s film “Laika” was held under the organisation of Japanese-Serbian Film Festival (JSFF) and Culture Centre Grad. After the screening, visitors attended a panel with the director, who visited Belgrade on the occasion of the premiere.
This year’s Japanese-Serbian Film Festival was held for the fourth time in both Belgrade and Tokyo. Among the Belgrade audience were Noah Whiteroom, a member of the JSFF organisation in Tokyo and a vocalist and guitarist of Japanese band 101A, and Ryo Suzuki, Imazeki’s colleague, who used the opportunity of this visit to Serbia to shoot a film about Belgrade.
