In a momentous celebration the Japanese Business Alliance in Serbia (JBAS) was honored with the esteemed Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan Award at its Annual Gala Celebration, held at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Belgrade.

The award, presented by His Excellency Ambassador Akira Imamura, recognizes JBAS’s remarkable contributions to strengthening economic ties between Japan and Serbia throughout 2024. Accepting the accolade, JBAS Board President Goran Pekez expressed gratitude on behalf of the organization, alongside key figures including Serbia’s Minister of Economy, Adrijana Mesarović, and Commissioner General for Expo 2025 Osaka, Zarko Malinović.

Amid the gathering of JBAS members, friends, and partners, this accolade serves as a testament to JBAS’s unwavering commitment to fostering collaboration and mutual prosperity between the two nations. The recognition underscores the pivotal role of partnerships and shared vision in shaping a dynamic future for Japan-Serbia relations.
