An official reception of the Embassy of Canada in Serbia marked the National Day of the country, at which H.E. Ambassador Philip Pinnington said that relations between the two countries are good, based on the work of a large number of people, and that the key link in our relations is formed by the Canadian companies that are investors in Serbia.

Ambassador Pinnington said that Canadians believe in a peaceful tolerant pluralism, in diversity as a strength, and in the protection of human rights.

“We know that these values are also shared by people in Serbia. We will continue to support Serbia because it also promotes these values in the country, the region and the world,” said Pinnington.
