The American Chamber of Commerce in Serbia (AmCham) opened the sixth cycle of the educational program for students and young managers “AmChamps – Young Leaders in Change”, which took place at the Hilton Hotel.
On this occasion, participants were addressed by Ivona Simić, Human Resources Advisor in the Cabinet of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia, Nikolaos Dimitriadis, Regional Director of the University of Sheffield and Vera Nikolić Dimić, Executive Director of the AmCham.
The “AmChamps” program was launched in 2014 with the aim of helping educate and develop young people through the synergy of the academic and private sectors. By working with delegated mentors, participants are enabled to acquire practical knowledge and skills that will help them get their first job and progress in their careers.
The program is competitive, and the best participants receive valuable rewards such as MBA and Master’s scholarships at Sheffield University.
