A new Speed Business Meeting was held yesterday in Belgrade, which was attended by the companies of four international business associations: the French-Serbian Chamber of Commerce (CCFS), the Italian-Serbian Chamber of Commerce (ISCC), Nordic Business Alliance (NBA), and for the first time, members of the Japanese Business Alliances in Serbia (JBAS).

More than 40 companies participated, whose representatives had the opportunity, through quick eight-minute meetings, to meet representatives from other foreign and domestic companies and expand their network of business contacts.

In front of all associations, Danijela Čabarkapa, executive director of the Japan Business Alliance, addressed the gathering to present the activities of this association. She emphasised that, as a result of traditionally good bilateral cooperation between Serbia and Japan, the association was established last year, and currently gathers 30 companies, including prestigious Japanese companies operating in Serbia, as well as Serbian companies that cooperate with Japan.

The foreign chambers of commerce and business associations in Serbia often organise a Speed Business Meeting with the aim of providing synergy between their member companies.

Each company has ten quick meetings of eight minutes, the interlocutors quickly change with the random choice, which is an excellent opportunity to achieve as many business contacts as possible, to present the company and, possibly, to launch new business projects.
