The TSG (Tomić Sinđelić Groza) Law Office, in cooperation with the German-Serbian Chamber of Commerce (AHK Serbia), the Swiss-Serbian Chamber of Commerce (SSCC), the Chamber of Italian-Serbian Businessmen (CCIS) and the Slovenian Business Club (SPK), held a seminar on the topic “Mediation in the Economy in the Republic of Serbia”, with the aim of familiarising attendees with mediation as a way of resolving disputes.
TSG partner and mediator Ljubica Tomić and lawyer and mediator Ivana Stefanovic shared with those in attendance their practical experiences on this current topic.
Lecturers also included lawyers Blažo Nedić and guest speaker from Slovenia Dr Helena Devetak.
