Kruševac, Valjevo, Vršac, Sombor and Smederevo are the most successful cities, while Bečej, Svilajnac, Veliko Gradište, Ruma and Apatin are the most successful municipalities when it comes to the issuing electronic construction permits in the first six months of implementation of the new system.
Awards for excellent results were presented to them by Serbian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure Zorana Mihajlović and NALED Managing Board President Ana Brnabić.
A formal event at the Parliamentarians Club saw the delivery of 120 PCs for more than 40 local governments and institutions, with the aim of improving the technical capacity to implement unified electronic procedures.
The computers were secured with credit from the World Bank for the support of training of officers of all cities and municipalities, which was organised by the Ministry of Construction and NALED.
