This international event, which was first launched in 2015, was organized following the inclusion of the “Gastronomic Meal of the French” in the UNESCO World Intangible Heritage list.

The objective is to celebrate French cuisine, its traditions, and its values during a grand gastronomic evening on the same date, all over the world.

This fifth edition of Goût de France / Good France will have over 5,000 chefs across 5 continents to participate in culinary events celebrating responsible cooking. This year, the region of Provence will be in the spotlight and will be showcased during events in France and around the world.
