“This year, 5,000 chefs around the world will present their menus of the French gastronomy,” ambassador Mondoloni said.
The central evening of the event will be held on 21 March, while in many restaurants the French menu will be offered throughout the week, from March 18 to March 24.

The Goût de France was created at the initiative of one of the most famous French chefs, Alain Ducasse and the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs.
This international event, which was first launched in 2015, was organized following the inclusion of the “Gastronomic Meal of the French” in the UNESCO World Intangible Heritage list.
The objective is to celebrate French cuisine, its traditions, and its values during a grand gastronomic evening on the same date, all over the world.
This fifth edition of Goût de France / Good France will have over 5,000 chefs across 5 continents to participate in culinary events celebrating responsible cooking. This year, the region of Provence will be in the spotlight and will be showcased during events in France and around the world.
