The French embassy to Serbia has held a reception under the oenology and wine tourism cooperation programme between the French region of Nouvelle-Aquitaine and Šumadija. The event presented the best wines from fourteen wineries of Šumadija that have been exhibited at the famous museum of wine culture Cité du Vin in Bordeaux.
The French delegation consisted of Christine Pecastaings, director of Nouvelle-Aquitaine’s agency for international cooperation, professor Stéphane Badet, economic and marketing expert for wine production, and Vesna Pacail, director of the advisory agency ACTYF Conseil and representative for the French market of the Šumadija Winemakers’ Association.
This occasion was their first return visit on the invitation of the Šumadija Winemakers’ Association with the aim of discussing the perspectives of future cooperation.
