Belgrade has hosted the Festival of European Film, organised by the EU Delegation in Serbia and the EU Info Centre, in cooperation with the embassies of EU member states.
The festival gave film lovers the opportunity to see contemporary films from 15 European countries.
The 15 films screened during the festival come from Denmark, Portugal, Austria, Hungary, Lithuania, Romania, Belgium, France, Cyprus, Croatian, Italy, the Netherlands, Bulgaria, Germany and Sweden.
The festival opened with a screening of Austrian film “Goodnight, Mommy” and culminated with a projection of Swedish film “Palme”, which provides a biographical portrait of former Swedish Prime Minister Olof Palme.
Festival will be held 23-30th January at the EU Info Centre, Kralja Milana 7, Belgrade.
