Former Yugoslav and current Serbian construction giant “Energoprojekt” held a ceremonial academy in its administrative building to commemorate 65 years of its work in the country and worldwide.
As the only company in the region to be found on the list of top global companies, over previous decades Energoprojekt has built thousands of facilities in Serbia and around 80 other countries worldwide.
“From African deserts to the Siberian steppes, for six and a half decades we have proclaimed the glory of Serbia, a country of top experts and the best builders, whose work is confirmed by facilities that are used every day by millions of people,” said Energoprojekt CEO Vladimir Milovanović.
“Whenever there are problems and something needs to be built somewhere and the government does not have a solution, it says ‘we have Energoprojekt’,” said Serbian PM Aleksandar Vučić, speaking at a reception that was attended by more than 300 guests, representatives of the diplomatic corps, collaborators and friends of Energoprojekt from the country and abroad.
