Serbian Foreign Minister Marko Đurić and Kalani Kaneko, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of the Republic of the Marshall Islands, signed a Protocol to establish diplomatic relations between the two countries.

Minister Đurić expressed his satisfaction, stating that the formalisation of diplomatic ties will initiate political dialogue and open new and significant opportunities for cooperation across various fields of mutual interest.

He highlighted agriculture and higher education as promising areas for collaboration, reminding his counterpart of the scholarships Serbia offers through the “World in Serbia” program.
