Isabela Cristina de Azevedo Heyvaert, Ambassador of Brazil to Serbia, organised a cocktail reception in her residence to mark the staging of the 18th congress of the International Federation for the Study of Latin America and the Caribbean, which is organised in Belgrade by John Nesbit University.

The reception was attended by participants in the congress, high-ranking officials of the congress, members of the diplomatic corps and media representatives.
