U.S.-based NCR Corporation first launched its operations in Serbia in 2011, as a small customer support center with 300 employees. Nine years later, the number of employees has increased more than tenfold, with NCR Serbia today employing around 4,000 people who contribute significantly to NCR’s various development projects

NCR Serbia team was soon recognized as efficient, professional and innovative, and the number of employees has been increasing every year. Business operations at the Serbia office have transformed over these nine years, with Serbia having become a strategic hub for NCR’s further business development and innovation, especially in the area of digital connected services.

NCR’s talented and dedicated Serbia employees provide proactive, remote, multilingual support in 20 different languages, investing their knowledge and creativity to simplify their customers’ operations. Their projects range from software development and programming, via engineering and automation, to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) design.

Encouraged by the excellent customer dedication and business results of its Serbia employees, the company decided to strengthen its presence in Serbia with the construction of a new state-of-the-art office: the Belgrade campus. This 30,000 squaremeter building is NCR’s biggest campus in Europe, and it reflects the NCR culture as well as its role as a global technology leader. The technologies and standards applied in its construction are the first of their kind in Serbia.

The building holds the LEED Gold certificate, confirming that is efficient, cost-effective and good for both occupants and the environment. The construction of this world-class work environment will be completed in the first half of 2021, when it will serve as a platform for further growth and transformation of NCR’s Serbia team.
