Due to the declaring a state of emergency in Serbia due to the coronavirus outbreak, the company Milenijum Insurance has taken measures to protect its clients and employees in accordance with the recommendations of state and health institutions, to prevent and the further spread of the virus COVID-19

While working under changed circumstances, insurance users are provided with services through online and telephone services and can be obtained without going to the branch.
Starting from 23 March, Milenijum Insurance branch offices and sales offices will be open on weekdays, from 9 am to 2 pm. Hours of all branches and outlets are available here.

The deadlines for reporting claims are extended until the state of the emergency ceases.

Of the many services available without going to the branch, Millennium Insurance has the following options:

– Purchase insurance policy 24/7 through the webshop

Online purchase of the policy in minutes and without the risk of exposure to the virus is made possible for travel, travel assistance, household insurance and the Safe Square (home insurance, belongings and household members).

– Insurance quote and renewal requirements

All claims for insurance offer and renewal can be submitted and realized in one of three ways:

1. By filling in the contact form on our site http://mios.rs/kontakt/
2. Calling the Call Center on 011 / 7152-300 (from all networks)
3. By sending a query to the email address office@milenijum-osiguranje.rs

After the request has been submitted, clients will be contacted by the Milenijum Insurance Sales Advisor, who are mobile and accessible to everyone, respecting the principles of maximum protection of their own and others’ health.

– Reporting claims without going to the branch

All motor third party liability insurance and auto casco insurance users have our 24/7 online service available at here.

All other types of claims can also be reported non-stop, in two steps:
1. By downloading and filling in claims forms from the link
2. By sending the completed request to the email address prijava@milenijum-osiguranje.rs
Customers can also send completed claims for claims reporting to the Milenijum Insurance Branch office by regular mail.
Clients can also report their claims by phone 011 / 7152-300.

For all questions and information for our policy users and anyone who wants to conclude a policy, the Milenijum Insurance Call Center is available every working day from 8 am to 4 pm by phone 011 / 7152-300 (from all networks). All questions and requests can also be sent via email to office@milenijum-osiguranje.rs

During the state of emergency, as before, the Milenijum Insurance Advisers are available to their clients for any additional questions.

– Coris Contact Center

The Contact Center for Voluntary Health Insurance Beneficiaries is available 24/7 via the phone numbers on each policyholder’s insurance card.
