Generali extends coverage to its life insurance clients and SME owners and entrepreneurs for free from COVID-19

• On the client-side and during the virus coronary pandemic
• Daily hospitalization allowance for COVID-19 infection

In order to further protect its clients in these extraordinary circumstances, Generali Osiguranje Serbia has decided to extend COVID-19 coverage free of charge to clients with small and medium-sized business insurance and to clients with life insurance.

In order to further protect life insurance clients and increase the financial security of their sales, the company has taken a special measure in the form of extending contracted coverage.

• To all of our life insurance clients who have an agreed-to-day sickness benefit due to an accident, we extend coverage free of charge in the event of hospitalization for COVID-19 infection. Insured persons will receive reimbursement for days spent at the hospital and all other centres established for treatment.

Aware of the importance of entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized enterprises for the economy of our country and the challenges they currently face, the company decided to help them overcome the consequences of disruption due to COVID-19 by providing additional coverage.

• To all our clients who have insurance policies for small and medium-sized enterprises with contracted outage coverage, we extend the COVID-19 disease coverage extension. The free coverage provides daily compensation to small business owners and entrepreneurs for hospitalization at the hospital and all other established centres for the treatment of COVID-19.

Clients can obtain all information about free coverage by calling the Contact Center by telephone number 0800 222 555 (free call) or 011 222 0 555 and by sending a query to kontakt@generali.rs

Generals Serbian Insurance has taken all necessary measures in time to combat the virus coronary pandemic, in order to protect the health of its people and clients. In a solidarity struggle involving the entire world, we have enabled our clients, through our digital platforms, the Contact Center and agents, to do all the insurance work and get all the help they need.

The company has shown its solidarity and desire to help Serbian citizens by donating funds to purchase medical equipment needed to prevent the spread of the virus corona.
Together with the member companies of the Association of Insurers of Serbia, Generali Osiguranje Serbia donated funds for the procurement of respirators, tests for coronavirus, reagents and other medical equipment needed during the pandemic. The list of necessary resources was made in cooperation with the Cabinet of the President of the Republic of Serbia and the Crisis Staff for the Suppression of Virus Crowns.

We are proud that in this way we have also supported the efforts of state authorities and medical workers to ensure what is most important at the moment – the health of all of us
