Victoria Xipolitakis, 31, better known as Vicky Xipolitakis, was filmed walking around the New York subway dressed in the unusual outfit.
She said she wanted to give back to others and decided to hand money to commuters in the city.
Victoria, from Buenos Aires, Argentina, chose to do so by allowing strangers to rip the money from her specially made the dress.
“Life gave me a lot, now it is time to do something from my side… money for everybody… the homeless, people on the subway,” she said.
