Photographer Dmitry Chistoprudov took pictures of Moscow when clouds sunk very low. According to him, this kind of weather condition occurs just a few times a year.
It happens when a warm front comes after severe frosts and gradually replaces the icy air. This is a moment of magical beauty that is not visible from the ground.
From the observation deck of the Ostankino television tower, however, Chistoprudov captured the city and some sights, including the business centre and Moscow State University building.
