College of Applied Health Sciences Ćuprija is the first medical school in the field of health that carries out the implementation of the quality management system according to the standard SRPS ISO 9001: 2015. In this way, the School will raise the organization of work to a higher level, ensuring continuous improvement of the quality of work in all segments of its operation, all in order to advance and retain the leadership position of the school in the system of higher education of Serbia, said the director of the College PhD Christos Alexopoulos.

Implementing the Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001, it is clear that the College Director’s message and goal are to recognize the need and recognize the expectations of students, employees and their satisfaction through the effective and efficient implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS). The corresponding legal regulations and regulations enabled the school’s expert services to bring a large number of rules, procedures and standards, but the desire to improve the process of work, higher productivity, problem-solving and transparency in work led to the need for the application of quality management system by monitoring all processes and activities in the School, clearly define and improve them.

In the coming months, we expect a serious job, which will include all employees. Each of us must contribute to the standardization of the work process, because only in this way we can demonstrate the ability and achieve the goal that the quality of teaching that we provide to students can fulfil all their expectations and ensure the quality transfer of the values, knowledge and skills needed for students for future work in health institutions. In the same way, we take care of our students, we must take care of the School and employees by creating the conditions and environment that all employees clearly know their obligations and that we all go together towards the same goal. And the goal is to be the first and the best in all aspects of work and education, stressed Dr. Alexopoulos at the start of the introduction of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard
