Dr. Oetker Srbija is a company that feels like it has a corporate social responsibility to assist with the development of talented and promising young people in the country through the providing of opportunities to gain invaluable work experience.
It was for this reason, on 15th April last year, that we launched the fourth generation of the programme “For a Sweet Future”, which offers young people paid work placements in the form of projects, training and education in departments covering sales, marketing, HR, product control and development, finance, IT, logistics and procurement, production and maintenance.
We now have the particular pleasure of announcing that – following less than eleven months of dedicated work and advancement, coupled with the support of daily mentoring, feedback and evaluations – thirteen young people have received opportunities to further develop their skills at our company after being offered a one-year employment, starting from 1st March, 2022.

Our new colleagues will gain the right to take advantage of all the benefits that the company provides to its permanently employed personnel: private health and pension insurance, discount purchases of Dr. Oetker products, purchases via administrative embargos, organised transport to the factory from several locations across the city, free snacks and drinks in the canteen, and many other benefits that serve to achieve an equilibrium between personal and professional life.
All of this enables us to reaffirm that our purpose extends beyond the mere realising of market interests – representing our aspiration to create a more prosperous tomorrow and fulfil the potential that we have as a society. At the same time, this is also a way to convert our vision of creating the flavours of home into a reality.
