The LEADER Project Serbia, a Canadian educational programme from the Richard Ivey Business School, one of the top-ranked business schools in the world, has been officially launched in Belgrade, implemented for the first time by CANSEE, the Canadian-Serbian Business Association, in cooperation with both the Serbian Chamber of Commerce and the Canadian Embassy in Belgrade.
Mirjana Dončić-Beaton, Executive Director of CANSEE, noted that the main goal of the LEADER Project’s programme in Serbia was to bring together a large number of leading entrepreneurs who would use their acquired knowledge and contacts to improve the competitiveness of the Serbian economy in the upcoming years.
Canadian Ambassador Philip Pinnington pointed up the vast online potential to improve economic cooperation between Serbia and Canada in a variety of sectors.
Marko Čadež, the President of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce (PKS/CCIS), emphasised that the essential goal and the added value of these business education programmes were to enable entrepreneurs to improve their business performance
