The Delta Holding company completed the three-year reconstruction of the Sava Center with the renovation of the Blue Hall, which is ready for numerous cultural and congress events from today.
The total investment in the renovation of the Sava Center was 120 million euros, of which 40 million euros were invested in the renovation of the Blue Hall.
“The Blue Hall is the crown of our three-year work. We kept its distinctive color and name as a tribute to all the beautiful moments and emotions we experienced together in this place. We increased the hall’s capacity by 10%, i.e. by 400 seats, and now the Blue Hall has 4,050 seats. We have technologically equipped the hall to meet the world standards of the congress, cultural and artistic scene.” said Angelina Nekić, vice president of Delta Holding and CEO of Delta Real Estate.
The renovated Sava Center, together with the expansion of the airport and new Air Serbia flights, in anticipation of the world exhibition EXPO 2027, will bring great benefits to the entire city and Serbia.
With these infrastructure improvements, Belgrade is positioning itself as a global destination for organizing events at the highest world level.
Delta Holding, after the complete renovation of Sava Center, continues with a strong investment cycle, planning additional investments worth over 850 million euros in new real estate projects in Belgrade and Novi Sad. Over the next three years, the plan includes the construction of the luxury complex Delta District in Block 20, Delta Land on Despot Stefan Boulevard, and Delta Iron in Novi Sad.
