The PlayMakers workshop—a unique project management simulation through the lens of teamwork—was successfully held at the Hyatt Regency Belgrade.
The workshop was organized by the Slovenian Business Club in collaboration with its member, Atria Group.
The workshop began with an opening speech by Milena Mihajlović, representing the Slovenian Business Club, who welcomed the participants and expressed gratitude for their attendance.
Dragana Grozdanić, Head of Operations, Workz Product Owner, Facilitator, Trainer, and Coach, officially opened the workshop. With her expertise and professional approach, she inspired participants to view leadership from a completely new perspective. She was joined by Vanja Pauljičić and Nikolina Novaković from Atria Group.
The event gathered numerous leaders who, through practical exercises and simulations, had the opportunity to:
- Understand the key needs of their teams, such as autonomy, motivation, and recognition.
- Learn how to set shared goals and align the interests of all team members.
- Overcome challenges in balancing quality, time, and budget in project work.
- A dynamic approach and simulation of unpredictable scenarios allowed participants to develop critical skills in flexibility and rapid adaptation within a complex VUCA environment.
In addition to the productive sessions, a networking segment was organized, providing participants with a relaxed atmosphere to get to know one another better, exchange experiences and information, and establish new business contacts with other attendees.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to all participants for their engagement and openness, which greatly contributed to the success of the workshop.
