Nelt Group Launches ‘Ascend 2030’ Strategy with €400 Million Investment Drive


Nelt Group has unveiled a bold new five-year strategic plan titled Ascend 2030, committing over €400 million in investments aimed at infrastructure upgrades, digital transformation, organizational development, and market acquisitions.

The initiative follows the successful conclusion of the company’s previous growth cycle, Accelerate 2025.The strategy was presented by Nelt’s Executive Board before 250 managers at the Hilton Hotel, with CEO Darko Lukić outlining the company’s ambitions to further solidify its leadership in distribution, expand its brand portfolio, and enhance logistics capacities.

With a target of surpassing €2 billion in revenue by 2030Ascend 2030 places strong emphasis on growth, AI solutions, and the ESG agenda. It includes the rollout of the SAP S/4HANA system, comprehensive process modernization, and significant investments in talent development.

“Ascend 2030 marks the next level in sustainable business and development,” said Lukić, highlighting the group’s commitment to staying ahead through innovation, digitalisation, and a future-ready workforce.
