iO Partners Celebrates One Year of Strategic Growth and Innovation in Serbia

iO Partners, preferred partner of JLL in the CEE region, is celebrating one year of operations in Serbia, a period marked by strategic growth and significant achievements.

With an early focus on the dynamic office market in the region, the company has already concluded transactions with a number of multi-nationals, including Oracle, Cisco, Huawei, Teva, Lenovo, Zendesk, and IWG, while the recent re-gearing of Syneos Health’s lease in Belgrade was one of the largest office transactions in the SEE region this year.

In addition to these accomplishments, iO Partners Serbia has strengthened its connections with strategic developers and investors around the SEE region, created in-depth market reports for the office and industrial sectors, and strengthened close contacts with the regional JLL client base. iO’s real estate platform is built on a commitment to innovation through automation and artificial intelligence, and this year the company launched a new software designed to help clients maximize their real estate potential, which can be accessed through the company website.

“Strategically positioned, our Serbian office leverages deep regional expertise to capitalize on the significant opportunities in the market. Our transactions with a wide range of global occupiers are testament to the type of work we have done and will continue to do in the future, and our long-term relationship with JLL, whom I spent 18 years with across numerous markets, is key to our future growth in the region. Additionally, we are proud to report that our valuation team in Serbia has successfully evaluated over 700,000 square meters of commercial real estate assets across the SEE region this year,” said Andrew Peirson, Managing Director of iO Partners.

iO Partners continues to expand, remaining dedicated to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions tailored to meet the needs of its clients.
