In the first ten months of 2024, exports of products and services in the field of information and communication technologies reached a value of €3.342 billion, representing a 20% increase compared to the same period in 2023, when exports amounted to €2.786 billion, according to the Ministry of Information and Telecommunications.

The statement highlights that between 2012 and the record year of 2023, revenue from exports in this sector increased tenfold, reaching €3.44 billion last year. Based on current results, it is expected that by the end of this year, the surplus will reach €4 billion.

The surplus in ICT services for the first ten months of this year reached €2.62 billion, showcasing continued growth and exceptional performance in this sector.
