Firestarter 22 – First Regional Customer And Employee Conference

The first regional conference with the topics of Customer Experience and Employee Experience – FIRESTARTER 22 will be held in Belgrade, on November 15 and 16, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel and will bring us world names in the field of advanced and strategic Customer experience and Employee experience, which are topics that today, a prerequisite for the sustainable growth of companies.

The goal of the conference is to strengthen managers’ awareness of improving the competitiveness of companies – their products and services, through the most up-to-date knowledge of strategic planning in Customer and Employee Experience, as well as best practice examples.

In today’s competitive market, it is not enough to have a great product or service. It is necessary to ensure that employees and clients have a continuous positive experience interacting with the company and its products or services. This is what distinguishes the successful and what directly affects sustainable business, growth, as well as the retention rate of satisfied employees and satisfied clients.

The conference is organized by CEXAS – Customer & Employee Experience Association of Serbia, whose founders are certified consultants with many years of experience. The conference program includes lectures by world-leading experts with rich practical experience, including Ian Golding, who is the first Customer Experience trainer in the world, lecturer, consultant and author of the bestseller “Customer What?”.

 “The significance of the FIRESTARTER 22 conference is in empowering the top management, improving the competitiveness of companies and developing our market through the modernization of the way we look at both employees and clients.” The first, regional conference is being held in Belgrade and will host experts of world importance,” said Dragan Đorđević, founder and director of the company Skills Innovative Learning Experience, which has been dealing with the topic of people development for 26 years.

The conference program includes two dynamic days with the participation of more than 40 experts, through 20 lectures and case studies, 4 panel discussions and other formats through which experts will transfer their knowledge and experience and encourage dialogue.
