CBS International and Cushman & Wakefield Expand Partnership into Austria

Global real estate consultancy Cushman & Wakefield has signed an exclusive partnership agreement with regional leader CBS International to expand its operations into the Austrian market.

Providing consultancy and brokerage services in the commercial real estate sector, the two companies have affirmed a partnership based on years of successful collaboration, as CBS International has been a partner of the Cushman & Wakefield Group in Serbia and Montenegro since 2018, and in Croatia since 2019.

CBS International, which employs nearly 400 people, will operate in Austria as Cushman & Wakefield CBS International, with an office in District 1010 in Vienna, led by director Tomas Šanda. The office comprises a team of local real estate experts specialised in all areas of brokerage and consultancy services, from client and investor representation and valuations to investment advisory, project management, property management and maintenance, and specialised market research.
