AFI Europe Serbia Unveils New Project: AFI City Zmaj

One of Belgrade’s and the region’s most esteemed real estate investors, AFI Europe Serbia, has once again confirmed through its new project AFI City Zmaj that it adheres to the highest commercial complex construction standards that can address all the needs of companies from various fields.

The new business park located in the spot of the former Zmaj factory confirms AFI Europe Serbia’s strength and expertise to revive neglected locations and position them on the map as Belgrade’s new landmarks, such as the residential-commercial complex Skyline, the Business Garden and a city within a city – the Airport City.

After the completion of the first construction phase, the AFI City Zmaj boasts two 5-storey buildings A and B, with over 27,000 square metres of functional space at the disposal of future tenants. The business park is very well positioned, being in the part of Belgrade that has a direct connection to the highway, just 10 kilometres from the airport and just 9 kilometres from the city centre.

This location’s special advantage is its proximity to the Zemun railway station, which is located opposite the new business park. The frequency of regional and local trains such as Beovoz makes it possible to get from the centre of Belgrade to AFI City Zmaj in just 7 minutes in an economical, environmentally friendly, and fast way while avoiding traffic jams.

“Just like the Airport City was built in a neglected location in Novi Beograd some 15 years ago and developed into one of Belgrade’s main business districts, we expect that this location, too, will showcase its full potential in the coming years. AFI Europe Serbia has proven that it has the strength, know-how, and international experience to turn neglected locations into centres of business activity,” stated AFI Europe Serbia CEO Adir El-Al.
