Delta Holding has opened a competition for the 10th generation of Young Leaders, a company employment program for graduates.

The competition lasts from September 6th to September 19th, and the application is online at www.mladilideri.rs.

The Young Leaders program lasts one year. Participants in the program are employed in one of the sectors and company members of Delta Holding. During that time they receive additional education, learn from older colleagues and earn a salary. Everyone who finishes the one-year program, receives a certificate, and to those candidates who show quality, ambition and willingness to learn, the company offers further employment.

“The Young Leaders program is of strategic importance for our company. Through this project, we not only refresh our team of young members, but we also recruit future managers from it “, says Marija Desivojević Cvetković, senior vice president for strategy and development.

“It is also important to us that this program has a wider social significance. In practice, it shows that it is possible to keep young professionals in the country and offers a concrete example of how this can be done.”

The competition is not limited to individual faculties and occupations. The condition is that the candidate is a citizen of the Republic of Serbia, that he has graduated from college, or is about to graduate.

The Young Leaders program was designed and launched by Delta Holding in 2012. In previous years, more than 23,000 candidates applied for the program. 300 of them completed it.
