We Never Give Up On Quality

Zepter already became a part of our everyday life three and a half decades ago, thanks to a terrific product range that is growing from day to day, carrying us slowly into the future. Tens of millions of satisfied users and products sold are the best proof of quality and customer satisfaction

We are now accepted over the entire planet and in all cultures, with Zepter operating today in 55 countries worldwide. Since more is always expected of us, we have launched a new global project, Tesla HYPERLIGHT® Eyewear, reveals Mr Rašić.

Philip Zepter’s business philosophy is known for its concept of a healthy life. Is that why Zepter International is “treading” its fourth decade of business with undampened enthusiasm and dedication?

– Although 35 years after Zepter’s founding many people see us as makers of the world’s highest quality dishes for preparing healthy food, we are much more than that today. After sophisticated systems for water and air purification, the BIOPTRON medical device, produced in Switzerland for hyperlight therapy, and many home appliances that make a healthy and pleasant environment, we have launched a new global project: Tesla HYPERLIGHT® Eyewear.

After a test period, we showcased them for the first time at one of the most important global media events – at the Formula 1 race in Monte Carlo. These are the only glasses in the world, both indoor and outdoor, that block absolutely all harmful radiation. The fullerene layer has special characteristics that hyperpolarise light, transforming it into light that has a beneficial effect on many of the organism’s functions, such as melatonin…

You have seven factories in Germany, Italy, Switzerland. Unlike other world-famous brands, you have not moved production to third world countries…

– The main reason why we manufacture in the countries you mention is the highest quality of production. Quality is our promise to customers, quality is something that is expected of us, quality is that ingredient for which our customers like and choose our products. The key innovative ingredient of the whole range of our new products – Fulerene C60, is produced in Serbia’s most up-to-date laboratory run by Serbian scientists. So we have succeeded in positioning Serbia on the list of countries with sophisticated technology and which export it to the most developed countries in the world.

In Zepter’s portfolio there are five hotels recognizable by their personal style and luxury, but what’s especially important, concern for their guests’ health

Your innovative sales model has been a great success. What are its advantages?

– Zepter consists primarily of people. It was precisely Philip Zepter who recognised that anyone who aspires to be successful at work has a pronounced entrepreneurial streak, so the business model we have established gives the opportunity for every employee in the company to develop themselves.

In this way, our original “Club Live 100” programme was spontaneously formed, which besides the many benefits for the purchase of all Zepter products and services offers many other advantages, but also the possibility of working in the company’s system.

We also see some construction projects in Belgrade under the Zepter brand. What is this about? How far have you entered the real estate business?

– Zepter Real Estate, owned by the Zepter Group, manages one of the largest real estate portfolios with more than 380,000 square metres of space. Our latest venture – the Zepterra commercial and residential complex in one of the best locations in Belgrade near Airport City and West 65. The residential part will cover 75,000m2 with 750 apartments from one to five bedrooms, while the commercial area that covers 20,000m2 includes shops, an office block and a parking garage. Everything is made to the highest standards.
