The announced changes have been promopted by the departure of two top officials from their respective companies in Serbia: Outgoing FIC President Ove Fredheim, Telenor CEO, left Serbia to take on other responsibilities within the Telenor Group, as of 1st March, while outgoing FIC Vice President Gabor Bekefi left his post at Carlsberg Serbia in January 2016.
The FIC Board of Directors has two new representatives:
-Andrej Beslać, new Carlsberg Serbia Group CEO, and
-Ingeborg Øfsthus, new Telenor Serbia CEO.
Other members of the Board of Directors include:
-Thanos Trimis, General Manager at British American Tobacco for Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia-Herzegovina;
-John Kyritsis, Delhaize Serbia COO;
-Ivan Rakić, Ernst & Young Partner and Head of Tax;
-Silvia Vernetti-Blina FCA Srbija CEO; Michail Orfanoudakis, PepsiCo Western Balkans Commercial Director;
-Goran Pitić, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Societe Generale Bank Srbija;
-Udo Eichlinger, CEO at Siemens d.o.o. Belgrade.
The changes in the FIC management structure were conducted through an internal election process within the FIC Board of Directors.
