Vladimir Novaković has been appointed as the Director of Apatin Brewery and Managing Director of Molson Coors for Serbia and Montenegro.
Holding a Bachelor’s degree in economics, Novaković started his career in the FMCG sector at company Fresh&Co., after which he worked at Henkel, where he was responsible for sales in five SEE countries, following by a stint as CEO at company Carnex.
Novaković has been in the beer business for six years. He served as commercial director at ABI Serbia, supporting the team in attaining the company’s highest ever market share. He returned to Apatin Brewery in 2013, taking over the Sales Director position and helping the team consolidate the beer business in Serbia. He was a professional handball player and a member of the Serbian National Team. Novakovic is a married father of three children.
