Effective 1st June, Sobir Džafar will take over as the new Managing Director of HEINEKEN Serbia. He succeeds Neda Đokić and brings over 17 years of extensive experience in the beer industry.
Džafar joins from his recent role as Director of Beerwulf, a Dutch company within the HEINEKEN Group, where he achieved significant results by steering strategic reviews of the company’s direction and performance. His career at HEINEKEN began in 2011, and he has since held several key positions, including Head of Sales and Distribution at HEINEKEN Mongolia, Sales Capability Development Manager in New Zealand, and Director of Sales and Marketing in Myanmar. His ability to adapt to various business cultures and markets highlights his expertise in managing international operations and achieving business objectives.
