Raiffeisen Bank has announced the appointment of Tanja Glišin and Milosav Knežević as new members of its Executive Board, following approval from the National Bank of Serbia.
Glišin will take on the role of Executive Board Member for Corporate Banking, while Knežević will oversee Information Technology and Operational Affairs (OPS/IT). Both appointments are effective from 1st July 2024.
Tanja Glišin brings over two decades of experience in corporate banking. Since late 2010, she has successfully managed Raiffeisen Bank’s division for large and multinational companies, transforming it into one of the market leaders through her extensive knowledge and expertise.
Milosav Knežević, an IT engineer by training, has more than 20 years of experience in the IT sector. His dedicated and skilled work in improving and developing products, services, and introducing innovations has established Raiffeisen Bank as a market leader.
Zoran Petrović, President of the Executive Board of Raiffeisen Bank, expressed his delight at the continuation of the tradition where the most experienced members of the local team assume new roles in the Executive Board. Petrović emphasized that the bank’s success is largely built on the knowledge and selection of the best talent available in the market. He also expressed gratitude to Goran Kesić and Nenad Sibinović for their contributions to establishing the bank’s leading position, whose positions Glišin and Knežević will now assume.
“Success at Raiffeisen Bank is a matter of choice, not chance, when you have a team of such professionals, including Tanja Glišin and Milosav Knežević, in the Executive Board,” said Petrović.
