The new UAE ambassador to Serbi, H.E. Mubarak Saeed Burshaid Al Dhaheri, has a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from the University of UAE, Al Ain, a Master’s degree in Administration, Science, from Strayer University, Virginia, USA, and a Master’s degree in Strategic Security from the National Defense College, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
From 1990 to 1999, Mr Al Dhaheri held the position of Financial Supervisor for the Abu Dhabi Electric and Water Authority.
From 1999 to 2004 he served in the Offset Programme Office “Mubadala”, and during 2004 and 2005 he served as Director of the Office of the Deputy Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi.
From 2005 to 2009 he held the post of Director of Legal Affairs at the General Secretariat of the Executive Council of Abu Dhabi, and from 2011 to 2016 he was Under Secretary of the UAE Ministry of Labour.
Al Dhaheri arrives in Serbia from the position of Advisor to the Chairman of the Executive Affairs Authority, Abu Dhabi.
Al Dhaheri is a 47-year-old married father of five children.
