MPC Properties Appoints Lucien Smits as New Chief Financial Officer

MPC Properties, a regional leader in the development, construction, and management of modern shopping destinations and business centres, with the longest market experience and expertise, has appointed Lucien Smits as its new Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Smits brings 19 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector, with deep expertise in corporate finance, accounting, tax, financial and asset management. Prior to joining MPC, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Egeria Real Estate in the Netherlands.

His career also includes senior positions at Multi Corporation and Redevco, where he worked across various markets, including Poland, Turkey, Ireland, Switzerland, and Belgium.

“I am excited about the opportunity to join the MPC Properties team and contribute to the company’s continued growth.
